I purchased 3 units of Midea 8kg air conditioning systems through Sarthak(Green source) and it was installed in the 31st August 2024 with our duct heater disconnected immediately. The air conditioning worked perfectly till the 16th September. I contacted the company and sales representative of the error message the 3 units started displaying hoping for a prompt resolution.Up until today 26th September, no one has come over to resolve this issue. It’s been really cold at night and my children and l have been sick as a result of this, leading us to visiting the hospital and purchasing medication.After sales service with Green source is 0%.If you plan to purchase products from them, plan to be disappointed and possibly sick as well.
I was really looking solution for my ducted heating , then i found Green source on facebook , very next day a inspector came to my house . He explained me very nicely and offerd me what i wanted and thats it within 3 days my house got new reverse cycle split system. These guys are really proffesional and reccommed them personally .
Originally dealt with Sarthak DATT who attended our residence explaining the best option for us, as, we preferred a ducted system to a muli split system. Very professional and answered all our queries. System was installed within the week. The installation team were very professional, friendly and any problems were handled without an issue. Removed the existing Gas Central heating unit and replaced all the ducting. Cleaned up and took it all away. Would recommend Green Source highly without question.
