I have had my solar panels on since March and I am still waiting for all the paperwork to go through to Ausnet. They don’t ring back they sent me the paperwork as they said they had completed it all and they don’t know what else Ausnet want, I called Ausnet and the lady explained this needs to be done through their portal and they still haven’t put the post application in. Ausnet also said why are they getting me to chase all this up it’s their job and they should know the needed paperwork. If I call and press 2 to speak to someone it rings out, I now press one for sales and always get answered however never get follow up. Just received 1,140 dollars electricity bill which is my second one since the panels went on and all I get is I’m sorry we are still looking into it. DO NOT go with them.

Obviously, there is something wrong, and I find out why it's wrong. They're overcharging for the systems they’re putting inside the houses. They don't need to be putting such big systems.
